Program Manager
James J. Kubera serves as the Program Manager for the Financial Analysis and Business Support Services (FABSS) contract at NASA’s John H. Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Kubera’s primary responsibilities are to manage the contract, support the client, create an environment for resources to grow and develop in their roles, build the company’s business and enable contract growth.
Mr. Kubera joined Wichita Tribal Enterprises, LLC in 2015 after an extensive career with Accenture and Booz Allen Hamilton implementing Customer Electronic Applications, Financial Applications and Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as Systems, Applications, & Products in Data Processing (SAP).
Mr. Kubera is a native of Broadview Heights, Ohio. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Cleveland State University.
