About Harlan
Program Manager
Mr. Harlan Warren is a graduate of Fisk University. Harlan has over 20 years of Information Technology experience. He currently is the Operations Manager for The U.S. Office of Personnel Management contract. Mr. Warren previously worked at the Department of Agriculture for 14 years as Task Lead. He managed the Saint Louis Large Office end user support staff, overseeing several projects, hardware refresh, operating system, and switch upgrades.
