S. Robert White, Jr., President & Chief Executive Officer


Mr. White has 10 years experience in the financial services industry. Mr. White served three years on the Board of Managers for Anadarko Industries, L.L.C. and is a Wichita Tribe Member actively involved in Tribal affairs.  He holds a B.S. in Marketing from Oklahoma State University.


In October of 2011, Mr. White was elected Vice President of the Wichita Executive Committee. Then in July of 2012, Mr. White was elected Treasurer of the Wichita Executive Committee.

Mike Reeves, Executive Vice President


Mr. Reeves has over 40 years of Government contracting and business development experience.  Mr. Reeves is a specialist in 8(a) small business Native American Tribal Owned procurement opportunities with extensive knowledge in National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Bureau of Indian Affairs and Department of Treasury procurement regulations.


He is a native Texan who attended Central Oklahoma University in Edmond, Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Sciences and English and attended the University of Houston- Clear Lake with a Master Degree in Accounting.


In addition to being a high-energy business executive, Mr. Reeves is active in multiple professional and community organizations.

Chris G. Stergiou Jr., Director, Business Development


Mr. Stergiou has over 30 years of successful sales, business development and capture management experience. Mr. Stergiou is skilled with developing and enhancing relationships with customers and business partners, training others in best practice sales techniques, negotiating teaming relationships, leading team efforts, enhancing collaboration approaches to be more effective and striving to provide the best service to customers!  Stergiou positions to win business by understanding customer needs and communicating the personal and organizational value of our solution. He has been effective at expanding market share and increasing revenue and profit in many environments, including Native American Tribally Owned companies, small businesses and large businesss.


Mr. Stergiou is skilled at working in a consultative partnership capacity wth others to define, implement and improve key marketing processes.  He has leveraged a best practice approach utilizing planning sessions that reinforce "stakeholder buy in" and facilitates accountability to optimize effectiveness. This has been found to be effective at expanding market share and increasing revenue and profit.


Chris resides in Spring, Texas with his wife, Terry, three dogs (Sheeba, Buddy and Rosie) and cat (Scraggles).




Kin Wan, Corporate Accounting


Kin has over 10 years of private and nonprofit accounting experience. Prior to joining Wichita Tribal Enterprises, Mr. Wan worked six years as a Federal Grant Project General Ledger Accountant. He works on monthly bookkeeping, and payroll.


Mr. Wan holds a Bachelor in Business Administration degree from the University of Houston.


Lindsey Madding, Executive Assistant


Ms. Madding joined WTE in December, 2017. Prior to joining the WTE Team, she served as an Executive Administrator for the past 7 years providing support in the Building Management and Oil and Gas Industry.


Ms. Madding is a born and raised Texan and has lived in Houston for 8 years. She is an active member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and holds a Bachelor's Degree from Lamar University.

John White, Wichita Tribal Member


Mr. White is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a bachelor of science in marketing. John has over fifteen years of experience in construction project management, pre-construction services and business development. He was born in Stillwater, OK and moved to Tulsa, OK after college in 2004 and is with the firm of Thompson Construction Inc. John is a Wichita Tribal member as well as participates in tribal affairs. He and his wife, Amanda, enjoy splitting their time between Broken Arrow, OK and Grand Lake o’ the Cherokees.


John is proud to be associated with Leadership Tulsa and actively participates on the board of the Humane Society of Tulsa as well as other community organizations.

Megan Williams


Born and raised in Beaver, Oklahoma, Megan excelled in all sports. Ultimately, earning a college basketball scholarship to Oklahoma State University, where her senior year she was named co-captain of her team. After graduation in 2000 with a BS in Psychology, Megan moved to Tulsa where she was a graduate assistant for Oral Roberts University women's basketball team.


On March 31st of 2001, she married Shawn Williams. In November of 2002, they welcomed their first daughter, Landry Jade. Then in January of 2005, her first son, Hudson James was born.  Adding to family in October of 2007 was another sweet baby boy, Boden Gregg. And finally, in November of 2014, the Lord blessed their family with yet another, precious baby girl, Jensen Laine.


Megan's first and foremost job is that of Wife and Mom, but is also the Vice President of Williams Medical, established in 2007 and Owner/President ClearPath Screening, a Native American owned/woman-owned, background screening company.


Megan and her husband Shawn, along with their 4 children, reside in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
